Are the jewelry waterproof?

Yes, all the jewelry we sell is 100% waterproof! You can swim, shower, and exercise in our jewelry! The jewelry is made of stainless steel. This means it won't tarnish in water and is nickel-free.

Why haven't I received a confirmation email yet?

Once you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation within a few minutes at the email address you provided. You might have made a mistake entering your email address. Check your spam folder, as the confirmation email might have ended up there! Still can't find it? Feel free to contact us!

Can I change or cancel my order after I've placed it?

Once you've placed an order, an automatic process begins to ensure your package ships as quickly as possible. Therefore, it's not possible to change or cancel your order. If you'd like to receive a different item, we recommend placing a new order or contacting customer service.

When will my order be delivered?

We aim to ship your order within 1-2 business days, excluding holidays and pre-orders.

Can I return my package?

If you've received the package and all products are in their original condition (unworn, with tags attached), you can return your order within 14 days. For more information, see the "Returns Policy" section at the bottom of the webshop.

Can I change the delivery address after placing my order?

Did you make a mistake entering your address or would you like to have your package delivered somewhere else? Please contact our customer service as soon as possible. If your package hasn't been packed yet, we can still change the address. If your package has already been packed, changing the address is unfortunately no longer possible.

When will a sold out item be available again?

Is the item you want sold out? Don't worry! If you sign up for the restock alert, you'll receive a notification as soon as your favorite item is back in stock. You can also always send us a message for more information about the restock of your favorites.

When can I reach customer service?

Our customer service is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding holidays. We always do our best to help you with all messages and questions as quickly as possible (and within 5 business days)!
